Tom Zizys was Director of Research for the Opposition Liberals from 1982 to 1985, then Director of Policy in the Premier’s Office from 1985 to 1986. He also served as Executive Coordinator for the Cabinet Committee on Justice Policy and was a special advisor to the Ministry of Housing, later taking on the roles of Chairman of the Affordable Housing Task Force and Head of the Seaton Interim Planning Team. He subsequently worked as an independent consultant in the fields of international development, employment services and workforce development, and was an Innovation Fellow at the Metcalf Foundation.
