Graham White is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Toronto and former President of the Canadian Political Science Association. One of the first batch of Ontario Legislative Interns in 1976-77, he worked in the Clerk’s Office 1978-84 and as an academic wrote extensively on Ontario politics, occasionally serving as a 'talking head' in various media. He never lost interest in Ontario politics but most of his academic career was devoted to governance issues in Canada’s northern territories.
